Course Overview

This course is for anyone working with food products in a manufacturing or kitchen role.  This course covers risks of working with food; hygiene standards, and hazard control regarding food safety.

The law requires that all food handlers need to be trained according to their food handling work activities. Should achieve a Food hygiene qualification, which is suitable for the work they do, it will assist food business operators in proving that they have displayed due diligence and become compliant with food safety regulations.
